These Terms govern your use of the Hair Styling iOS application. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or modify the app, (b) use the app for unlawful purposes, (c) attempt to disrupt or circumvent security features, (d) use the app to harass others.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account. Keep credentials secure. You may delete your account from Profile → Account → Delete Account or via the account deletion page.
4. In-App Content
All art, characters, music, levels and game content in the app are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. The 80s-barber aesthetic, Inca motifs and bird illustrations are original creative works.
5. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
