We make account deletion straightforward, as required by the App Store review guidelines. You have two ways to delete your account and associated data:
Option 1 — In-App Self-Service (recommended)
- Open Hair Styling on your device.
- Go to Profile (bottom-right tab).
- Tap Account & Security.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the action twice.
- You will see a confirmation screen — your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.
Deletion is permanent. Game progress, achievements, bookmarks, browsing history,
uploaded portraits and account credentials will be removed within 14 days.
Option 2 — Email Request
Send an email to
support@hair-styling.app
from the address you used to register, with subject Delete Account Request.
Include your in-app display name. We will verify and process the deletion within 14 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Account id, display name and avatar
- Game progress, scores, achievements
- Bookmarks, favourites and browsing history
- User-generated portraits and saved looks
- Device-linked preferences and sync data
What May Be Retained
- Anonymised crash logs (no personal identifier)
- Records required for legal / tax compliance, where applicable
